China was quite an experience.
It actually really surprised me and wasn't at all what I was expecting. In a good way.
For a city with a gazillion people in it, it was extremely organized, the streets were well thought out, and clean! There weren't that many people out and about on the streets,
I think a lot of people take public transport.
Except for a few hiccups along the way, overall it was a really nice trip.
I was really surprised by the lack of English people spoke, for a city/country that seems to be in the middle of the economic world right now, no one spoke English, not even taxi drivers.
We spent a few days in Beijing and three days in Xian, which I liked a lot more than Beijing.
We climbed the Great Wall, walked through the Forbidden City, witnessed the magnitude of the Terracotta army, and visited the oldest Mosque in China.
Along the way we had some awesome Chinese food!
I never really thought I would ever visit China, but I feel so lucky that I got to see this country.
I am always amazed at humanity, they never ceases to amaze me with their generosity.
If I get the chance I would totally go again.
Stay tuned for some awesome Asian style I spotted around town!

Where have you always wanted to visit?
(I have my eyes set on Morocco next)
