Langkawi is a small island off of the northwestern coast of Malaysia. A resort destination for those wanting a quick getaway. This was initially supposed to be a couple only trip, but at the last minute we decided to bring the kids. We figured we would be leaving them for a week while we went to Turkey, so why not bring them along. And good thing, they had so much fun. 

They spent all three days in the water! 

The husband usually insists on exploring and sight seeing from morning to dusk any time we go on vacation. Dragging us all over the place so that we don't miss a thing. Personally I think he is trying to get the most out of every penny he spent on the trip ;) 

Who wants to go to a beach resort and explore!? This time I asked very nicely for us to just hang out at the hotel and relax.

 Surprisingly he said yes! 

We stayed at a great hotel that literally was right on the beach. 

Our days consisted of waking up, breakfast, beach, nap, lunch, beach, dinner, movie, sleep. 

Every day for three days.
